How do I benefit by signing up with TalentGem?
Not only do we connect you with amazing job opportunities, but we also compensate you on your own successful placement as well as the successful placement of people whom you refer to us. In addition, if you refer an open position to us and we fill it with one of our applicants; we will pay you a referral fee. We also compensate for being our "ear to the ground." If you know of a company that's looking to hire, you can make money that way too!
Can I Refer a Job?
If you know of a job that needs a good candidate, you can refer the job to us to fill as well. Just click on the "Refer a Job" button on the "Refer Now" page. If we fill the job, we will share our fee with you.
Scenarios, opportunities to earn referral fee:
To earn a commission the position referred is an active open position.
If you just interviewed at a company and are taking a job elsewhere refer us the job.
If you are leaving the company, refer us your boss, and we fill the position, you earn a referral fee.
How do I refer a friend?
It's easy to refer a friend to our service! All you have to do is visit the "Refer Now" page and click on the "Refer a Friend" button. Fill in as much information as you can and we will contact them for you. We ask that you know this person personally or have worked with this person. If we successfully place your friend in a job, we will not only share our fee with your friend, but we will also share our fee with you too!
Can I build my own Consulting Practice using TalentGem?
Absolutely. Be the boss, run your company, and we will support your successful practice. You are technically savvy, personable, enterprising, and independent. You have a contact in the industry and are given the opportunity to run your own project with a team. TalentGem will let you focus on what you are good at and enjoy doing. And we will manage the rest; operations, administration, staffing, and accounting responsibilities. Together we financially benefit from working collaboratively.
So what's the hitch?
There isn't one. By having a collaborative business model, we are more productive, effective, and efficient. Together we can make more money, than doing it alone. We want to develop a mutually beneficial, empowering relationship with our members.

Who will see my resume?
No longer will your current company be able to look up employees. Nor will recruiters have access and permission to contact you unnecessarily. We never allow access to our database to anyone but employees of TalentGem, LLC. We give our promise that your resume is completely private. We are the only ones who will know you are registered with us or who will see your resume. Once we find a job for you, we will contact you about sending your resume to the potential employer. Candidate privacy is our top priority because we understand the risks involved in searching for a job while you are currently employed. We do not sell memberships or give anyone access to your resume or to your job search information.
How do I get started?

Sign-up page and fill out the application. It's important that you complete the application in its entirety so that we can match you with the job that is right for you. The more information we have, the better we can understand who you are and what kind of job you want.
